Draft, pending legal review
Terms
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms are between you and [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], which runs Griva. By using Griva you agree to them.
The service
Griva is offered as it is today. It will change as it is built: features may be added, changed or taken away, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself; what is done from your account is your responsibility. You can stop using Griva at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to griva@griva.app.
Using it fairly
- Don't use Griva to break the law, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Don't record people where the law says you need their consent and you don't have it.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits or security.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Your content stays yours
What you say, type, photograph and hand to Griva belongs to you. You let us process it only to run Griva for you, including through the services named in the privacy policy.
You check what goes out
Griva acts on your instructions, and it can get things wrong: mishear a name, misread a time, draft something you didn't mean. Unless you choose otherwise, Griva shows you what it prepared before anything goes out, so look at it before you confirm.
If you set Griva to "Just handle it", it acts on some things without asking first: tasks, reminders, and calendar events that invite no one else. It shows you what it did afterwards, and each can be taken back. A message to another person, or an event that would invite someone, still waits for your confirmation.
What Griva sends and books, it sends and books on your behalf.
No warranty
Griva is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
